70 attend Elko New Market meeting on school boundaries

Approximately 70 people attended a meeting at Eagle View Elementary School Thursday, Nov. 18, regarding a proposed change in elementary school attendance boundaries.

Under the proposal, about 200 students from the Lonsdale area would be switched from Eagle View, in Elko New Market, to Falcon Ridge in New Prague. That includes 88 resident students, with the remainder open enrollment students.
