An unusual event is happening at New Prague High School this Friday. Four sophomores - Kyle O'Laughlin, Samantha Goblirsch, Devin O'Brien and Rachel Rhoten - are turning four? Actually, they will be 16, but they were among the lucky ones to share a February 29 birthday, which generally comes around every four years.
