Agnes H. Skluzacek, 84, of Prior Lake, died on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2005, at Mala Strana Health Care Center in New Prague.

She was born to Charles and Mary (Vavrik) Meduna on November 6, 1920, in Pisek, ND.

She married Joseph F. Skluzacek on September 17, 1949, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in St. Paul. Agnes was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church CCW, an adult leader for Credit River Comets 4-H Club and was active in the D.F.L. Party.
