Alice Mary Sladek, 98, of Montgomery, died on Friday, May 26, 2006, at Mala Strana Health Care Center in New Prague. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 1, at St. John Lutheran Church in Montgomery. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday at the church. Arrangements are with Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery.
