Beverly Ann Crosby, 66

Beverly Ann Crosby, 66, of Kilkenny, died Friday, Oct. 21, 2005 at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

Beverly was born November 13, 1938 in Faribault. Her mother was Anna Brennan. She attended St. Canice Catholic School in Kilkenny and graduated from Waterville High School. On March 26, 1970 she married James Crosby at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Shieldsville. She worked at E. F. Johnson in Waseca, NBS in Faribault for 15 years and was currently employed with the Young America Corporation.

Beverly played the organ at St. Canice Church in Kilkenny when she was younger, and music was always in her home - a piano, or an organ, even an accordion. Her main focus throughout her life was family and close friends.

She is survived by six children, RoxAnne Brennan (Dave Groh) of Waterville, Brad Crosby of Waterville, Garrett (Darla) Crosby of Medford, Molly (Bob) Culhane of Waterville, Jon (Sarah) Crosby of Montgomery and Pat Crosby of Kilkenny; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother; and her husband, Jim, on December 23, 1999.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 11 a.m. at St. Canice Catholic Church in Kilkenny, with Rev. Ronald Dahlheimer and Rev. Cory Rohlfing officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be held at a later date.

Casketbearers were Beverly's six children. Honorary casketbearers were Bob Culhane, Sarah Crosby, Dave Groh, Darla Crosby, Barb Anderson, Ann, Mike and Kurt Crosby.

Visitation was held at the Keohen Memorial Funeral Home in Montgomery on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m., with a rosary service held at 7:30 p.m.
