Dylan Andrew Shimota

A son, Dylan Andrew, was born to Spc. David and Leslie (Turner) Shimota on Friday, July 16, 2004, at Northfield City Hospital in Northfield. He weighed eight pounds, eight ounces and was 22 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Arnie and Vicky Shimota of Veseli, Patty and Dave Clemens of Tacoma, WA, and Bob Turner of OR. Great-grandparents are Charles Hansen, Bernadette Fredrickson of Lakeville, and Anna B. Shimota of New Prague.s

Melanie Ann Smykalski

A daughter, Melanie Ann, was born to Eric and Christy (Jindra) Smykalski of Le Sueur on Friday, July 9, 2004, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee. She weighed six pounds, 15.6 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Debbie Shambour of Le Sueur, Mark and Dina Jindra of Le Center, Bill and Jolene Haugberg of New Prague and Steve and Mona Grimm of Montgomery.

Margaret Dorothy Flicek

A daughter, Margaret Dorothy, was born to Joseph and Melissa (Swanberg) Flicek of Lonsdale on Thursday, June 24, 2004. She weighed six pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Dave and Linda Swanberg of Eagan and Glen and Marge Flicek of Montgomery.

Noella Ann Tupy

A daughter, Noella Ann, was born to Joel Tupy and Sue Klepin of Nampa, ID, on Tuesday, June 8, 2004, at Mercy Medical Center in Nampa, ID. She weighed six pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long. She was welcomed home by sister, Ariah, 5, and brother, Kian, 4.

Grandparents are Gene and Betty Tupy of New Prague, Diane Klepin of Nampa, ID, and Phillip Klepin of San Diego, CA. Great-grandparents are Joseph H. Tupy of New Prague, Loretta Funge of Nampa, ID, and Leon Klepin of San Diego, CA.
