Faith Ashley Havlik

A daughter, Faith Ashley, was born to Timothy and Marilyn (Groschel) Havlik of Prior Lake on Saturday, October 15, 2011, at Mayo Clinic Health System in New Prague. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 18 inches long. She is welcomed home by a brother Andrew, 1-1/2.

Grandparents are Ron and Vicki Groschel, Prior Lake, and Steve and Joy Havlik, Burnsville.

Great-grandparents are Polly Kurtz, Portland, OR, Jean Havlik, St.
