Logan Raymond Jaeckels
A son, Logan Raymond, was born to Todd and Shawn (Simek) Jaeckels of New Prague, on Friday, Nov. 4, 2005, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee. He weighed eight pounds, 12 ounces, and was 20 3/4 inches long. He was welcomed home by Taylor, 4 1/2.
Grandparents are Marcie and Tim Schleeve of Burnsville, David Simon of New Prague, and Ray and Grace Jaeckels of Northfield. Great-grandparents are Florence Simon of New Prague, Hilda Jaeckels of New Hope, and Grace Staufenecker of Foley.
Julia Marie Blenker
A daughter, Julia Marie, was born to Dean and Joan (Novotny) Blenker of New Prague, on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2005, at Queen of Peace Hospital in New Prague. She weighed nine pounds, and was 21 inches long. She was welcomed home by Emma Kay, 5.
Grandparents are Fritz and Arnita Novotny of New Prague and Allen and Mary Ann Blenker of Albany. Great-grandmother is Julia Novotny of New Prague.
Sophia Elizabeth Vantries
A daughter, Sophia Elizabeth, was born to Glen and Rachel (Nestrud) Vantries of Inver Grove Heights, on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2005, at United Childrens in St. Paul. She weighed eight pounds, four ounces, and was 21 1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Mick and Peggy Nestrud of Veseli and Jim and Adina Vantries of Woodbury. Great-grandparents are Ron and Kathie Peterson of Hastings and Monna Nestrud of Mora. Great-great-grandmother is Irene Peterson of River Falls, WI.
Haylie Katherine Craigie
A daughter, Haylie Katherine, was born to Kris and Jacie Dolejs-Craigie of Montgomery, on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2005, at Queen of Peace Hospital in New Prague. She weighed seven pounds, and was 20 inches long. She was welcomed home by her sister, Danielle, 15.
Grandparents are Dale and Mary Kay Dolejs of Montgomery and Chell and Karen Craigie of Prior Lake.
Kirsten Kay Baumgart
A daughter, Kirsten Kay, was born to Justin Baumgart and Katie Moga of Winona, on Friday, Oct. 7, 2005, at St. Fairview Red Wing Medical Center in Red Wing. She weighed six pounds, 10 ounces, and was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Bruce and Deb Stupica of New Prague, Art Moga of Crystal, Wayne and Julie Baumgart of Prior Lake. Great-grandparents are Bill and Norma Lipetzky of Kensal, ND, Irene Moga of Royalton, John Lay of Lakeville, Walter and Ellen Baumgart of Omaha, NE.
