A daughter, Ellie Catherine, was born to Patrick and Kristie (Lukes) O'Brien of New Prague, on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009, at Queen of Peace Hospital in New Prague. She weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and was 19-1/4 inches long. She is welcomed by Maggie, 4-1/2, and Luke, 2-1/2. Grandparents are Bob and Brenda Lukes of New Prague, and Joe and Bernice O'Brien of Jordan. Great-grandmother is Elsie Lukes of New Prague.
Piper Jean Garrison
A daughter, Piper Jean, was born to Michael and Samantha (Holland) Garrison of Redfield, SD, on Friday, Feb. 6, 2009, at Avera St. Luke's Hospital in Aberdeen, SD. She weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20-1/2 inches long. She joins a brother, Tyler, 16 months. Grandparents are Jeff and Carol Holland of New Prague, Shelly and Marlin Hofer of Redfield, and Dale and Cathy Crookshanks of Cody, WY. Great-grandparents are Tom and Ruth Spinler of New Prague, and Charles and Arla Youngberg of Rosholt, SD.
Noah Timothy Wagner
A son, Noah Timothy, was born to Todd and LaRissa (Rybak) Wagner of New Prague, on Thursday, Feb. 5, 2009, at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 inches long. Grandparents are Tim and Lynn Rybak and Charlie and Sharon Wagner, all of New Prague. Great- grandparents are Bill and Jean Blank of Montgomery, Jean Rybak, John Wagner and Lucille Schmitz, all of New Prague. Great-great-grandmother is Irma Kohout of Montgomery.
Aaliyah Beth Barabash
A daughter, Aaliyah Beth, was born to Bernard Barabash Jr. and Jenny Sargent of Montgomery on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2009, at Queen of Peace Hospital in New Prague. She weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 inches long. She is welcomed by Daunte 10, Brayden, 5, and Elizabeth, 3. Tyler Ronald Vycital
