A daughter, Bryden Lillian, was born to Brent and Lydia (Mason) Giesen of Hermantown on Friday, April 17, 2009, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth. She weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Ron Giesen of New Prague, Ranae Giesen of Eagan and Mike and Linda Mason of Floodwood. Great-grandparents are Lillian Faulhaber of Roseville and Edna Mason of Floodwood.
Elijah Liam Igo
A son, Elijah Liam, was born to Jason Igo and Debra Deppe of New Prague on Friday, April 3, 2009, at Queen of Peace Hospital in New Prague. He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 inches long. He joins brother Simon, 4.
Grandparents are Jamison and Tammy Delle of Jordan.
Ella Marie Flicek & Ethan John Flicek
Twins, daughter Ella Marie and son Ethan John, were born to Craig and Kristin (Sticha) Flicek of Lonsdale on Thursday, April 2, 2009, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee. Ella weighed 4 pounds, 8 ounces and was 17 inches long. Ethan weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and was 18-3/4 inches long. They join twins Cole and Braden, 2.
Grandparents are Norman and Denie Sticha of Elko New Market and Mark and Carol Flicek of Lonsdale. Great-grandparents are Jeanette Sticha, Clara Nohava and Ralph and Mildred Flicek, all of Lonsdale, and Viola Weiers of New Prague.
Ethan Joseph Kubes
A son, Ethan Joseph, was born to Joseph and Jennifer (Hoff) Kubes of Rosemount on Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at United Hospital in St. Paul. He weighed 5 pounds, 1 ounce and was 18-1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Marvin and Mary Kubes of New Prague and Jon and Mary Hoff of Cottage Grove. Great-grandparents are Lucille Schmitz and Adeline Kubes, both of New Prague.
Grace Ann Marie Pieper
A daughter, Grace Ann Marie, was born to Bill and Jaclyn (Worm) Pieper of New Prague on Saturday, March 14, 2009, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee. She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 22 inches long.
