Naomi Kathleen Sticha

A daughter, Naomi Kathleen, was born to Peter and Lisa (Pikal) Sticha of Montgomery, on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2007, at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Gary and Kathy Pikal of Montgomery and George and Diane Sticha of Faribault. The baby's great-grandparents are Mahlon and Rose Pikal of Montgomery and Lucille Schmitz and Adeline Dahl, both of New Prague.

Ryan Owen Zahratka

A son, Ryan Owen, was born to Nicholas Zahratka and Randi Heyer, Elko New Market, on Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2007, at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. He weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Edward and Yvonne Zahratka of Elko, Keith Heyer of Prior Lake and Nancy Estrada of Burnsville. Great-grandparents are Eva and Larry Heyer of Park Rapids and Rudy and Sandy Schumacher of Cleveland.

Olivia Maxine Croatt

Olivia Maxine, daughter of Mitchell and Jennifer Croatt, Palo Alto, CA, was born on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2007. She joins one sister Alexis Anne.

Grandparents are Doug and Linda Heller of Huron, SD, and Peter and DeAnn Croatt of New Prague. The baby's great-grandparents are Les and Marilyn Heller of Huron, SD, and Clifton and Lois Linde of Madison.

Alex Kenneth Franek

A son, Alex Kenneth, was born to Jeremy and Agnieszka (Gleba) Franek, New Prague, on Monday, Aug. 13, 2007, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee. He weighed eight pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Boleslaw and Teresa Gleba of Torun, Poland, and Ken and Nancy Franek of New Prague. The baby's great-grandmother is Phyllis Hrdlicka of Le Center.
