Blanks-Tupy

Laura Tupy, daughter of Allen Tupy and Donna Simon of New Prague, and Jaffrey Blanks, son of James Goins and Wintize Jones of Saint Paul, announce their engagement.

Laura is a 2000 graduate of New Prague High School and a 2004/2010 graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Architecture degree and is a Principal Planner with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources in Saint Paul.

Jaffrey is a 1996 graduate of Park Center High School and a 1999 graduate of Drake University. He holds a Bachelor degree in HR, Business and Marketing, and is the Lead of National Accounts for Horizontal Integration in Minnetonka.

The couple will wed in Saint Paul on October 11, 2013.
