Boys hockey team tames Tigers

The New Prague Trojans scored three third-period goals to defeat Delano/ Rockford 4-1 in a non-conference boys hockey game Friday, Dec. 19.

The win gives the Trojans a 4-2 record going into their Missota Conference opener with Northfield. That game was scheduled to be played in New Prague Tuesday, Dec. 23, after this edition of The Times went to press.

New Prague will be in action next week at the Little Falls Tournament, a four-team round-robin tournament hosted by the No. 2-ranked team in Class A. The Trojans are ranked No. 19.
