Building a ‘Classic’ gingerbread house

Some families from the New Prague area and surrounding communities took time from their busy holiday schedules Saturday, Dec. 10, to take part in a seasonal tradition of building a gingerbread house.

The event was held at the Classic Grille & Bar along East Main Street in New Prague. Family members used pre-made gingerbread to put the small houses together, decorating them with different treats and adding snowmen and Christmas trees.

For our first year out it was fun
