Candidate forum scheduled for Shakopee

AFSCME Local 2440, the largest labor union of employees of Scott County government, and the Scott County Library Board are sponsoring a candidate forum on Thursday, Sept. 7, starting at 4:45 p.m. at the Scott County Conference Center, which is across the street from the Scott County Government Center on Fourth Avenue in Shakopee.
