Candidates file for school board

As of 12:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15, four people had filed for the November 8 school board election in New Prague Area Schools. Candidates who have filed are incumbents Dennis Havlicek and Tammara Pexa and challengers Brian James and Mark Ritter.

Filings will be accepted until 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16, at the district office, 410 Central Ave. S. in New Prague.
