City keeping close watch on foreclosure properties

New Prague city officials have been answering questions from residents, asking how the city could allow Parish Marketing and Development to build so many homes that remain unsold.

According to New Prague Mayor Bink Bender, the answer is simple; the city had no reason to deny building permits.
