Held Tuesday, Aug. 18, and Thursday, Aug. 20, in the bank's meeting room the retreat was facilitated by Don Salverda, president of Donald Salverda & Associates, a consulting firm that aids organizations in the areas of team building, strategic planning, leadership, management development and customer service.

Bink Bender and council members Kay Wilcox, Mark Bartusek, Kristin Guerrette and Ken Betterton attended the retreat along with City Administrator Mike Johnson, Police Chief Mark Vosejpka, Administrative Services Coordinator Patty Solheid, Planning Director Ken Ondich, Public Works Director Dennis Seurer and Golf Club Manager Ken Norland.
