Council discusses Elko Speedway PUD
The Elko New Market City Council discussed proposed changes to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) for Elko Speedway at its Thursday, Feb. 9, meeting. Discussion points included an increase to the number of allowed annual race events, modifications to the signs around the race way and allowing simultaneous race and drive-in movie events.
