Council vacates street right-of-way

In a 3-1 vote the New Prague City Council approved vacating a street right-of-way located off of Central Avenue South.

The decision at Monday's meeting came after a public hearing that lasted about an hour. The vote affects Sixth Street SE, a 40-foot right-of-way that was part of an 1886 plat, but was never developed.
