County board considers 5 permits

The Le Sueur County Board of Commissioners considered five applications for Conditional Use Permits (CUPs) as part of its meeting agenda Tuesday, May 26. Four of the permits were approved, while one was put on hold pending further action.

Planning and Zoning Administrator Kathy Brockway presented the following applications:

-Dave Faltin, Henderson (applicant/owner), a CUP to construct a single-family dwelling in an Agricultural Residential District of Sharon Township.
