Cross Country girls finish middle of pack at Norwood

The TCU cross country girls’ team was led by the team’s number one runner, seventh grader Sarah Novak, at the 4K run at Norwood Young America on Tuesday, Sept. 10.

Despit the heat, Novak finished the race in 10th place out of 106 runners with a time of 16:28. The race’s top runner came from Waconia. Alexis Willems finished the run in 15:30.

The TCU team finished overll in ninth place out of 15 teams.

The second Titan to finish was Joslyn Vargo with a time of 17:50. Following her were Katy Rabenberg with a time of 18:16, Sara Fisher in 18:44, Chloe Tuma in 19:18, and Michaela Goettl in 20:01.

 

Next Action

On Friday, Sept. 13, the runners participate in a race at Loyola Catholic High School in Mankato.

On Tuesday, Sept. 24 the runners are scheduled to go to New Prague for a run that starts at 4 p.m.
