Diana T. Cawley, 56
Diana T. Cawley, 56, of Montgomery, died Friday, June 30, 2006, at her home.
Born May 7, 1950 at Arlington, Diana Teresa Cawley was a daughter of Joseph (Harry) and Margaret Marie (Bauer) Traxler. She attended Holy Trinity School in Veseli and graduated from Le Center High School. On November 10, 1979 she married Richard Michael Cawley at St. Canice Church in Kilkenny. Diana worked at Minnetonka Lab in Minnetonka and was a nurse’s aide at Mala Strana Health Care Center in New Prague.
She is survived by her husband; children, Cristin (Dennis) Strong and Joe Cawley, both of Montgomery; sisters and brothers, Jacqueline (John) Callahan, New Prague, Joseph (Harriet) Traxler, Carver, Margaret (Robert) Cemenski, Le Center, Francis (Helen) Traxler, Henderson and Brian (Evonne) Traxler, Henderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Denis Traxler.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 8 at 10:30 a.m. at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery, with Rev. David Barrett officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial.
Interment will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis at a later date.
A memorial visitation was held at Holy Redeemer Church from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
The Keohen Memorial Funeral Home in Montgomery assisted the family with arrangements.
