Dols wins state cooking contest using sauerkraut

Give Jeff Dols a bag of sauerkraut and a kitchen, and he'll be sure to wow you!

That's what he did at a state-wide chef's contest sponsored by Appert's Food Service in St. Cloud, taking home top honors for his six dishes (the other 10 chefs in the competition each made only one dish...)
