Dorothy Helen Mares, 86

Dorothy Helen Mares, 86, of Credit River, died at her home on Sunday, July 17, 2005.

She was born on February 8, 1919, in Willmar to Lawrence and Clara (Kramlinger) Broshofke.

Dorothy was married to Myles Francis Mares on June 25, 1949, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Paul. She was a secretary for a beverage distributor.

She is survived by her husband; children: Patty (Tom) Simberg, Prior Lake, Larry Mares, St. Paul, Rita (Jack) Molumby, Savage, Kenny Mares, Lakeville.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and beloved friend, Agnes Yakschi.

Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Prior Lake and one hour prior to the service.

Funeral service is to be held on at 11 a.m. on Thursday at St. Michael Catholic Church in Prior Lake with Rev. Tom Sieg presiding.

Pallbearers are Joe Jim Skluzacek, Penny Skluzacek, Kevin Green, Gary Uglum, Rick Miller, Roger Reistad.

Interment will be at the Credit River Cemetery.
