Duck house building event draws 220 youth

Adam Rahn bends over the electric drill to screw together the pieces of his project. He was among the 220 youth attending the annual Wood Duck Box Building Day Sunday, Feb. 24.

Volunteer Barry Church held the pieces of the duck house in place as Adam secured them together. It was a scene played out at the KC Hall in New Prague as volunteers helped youths assemble the 300 wood duck houses.
