Elko New Market Council approves Boulder Heights plat
The Elko New Market City Council unanimously approved the adoption of a resolution approving the final plat and development contract for Boulder Heights. The action was taken at the council’s Thursday, Sept. 28, meeting.
Community Development Specialist Renee Christianson presented the resolution. She noted the developer, Warren Israelson, owner of KJ Walk, was at the meeting. This is the first phase of Boulder Heights, which will consist of 53 lots and two outlots located along the easterly portion of the property. The city engineer and planner completed a review of the application and recommended approval of the request.
