Elko New Market moves to phase two of Co Rd 2 project

The Elko New Market City Council held a workshop on the second phase of the Scott County Road 2 project before its Thursday, Dec. 13, meeting.

The project calls for the reconstruction of the road that runs down the Main Street of New Market. Rich Revering of Bolton & Menk, engineers for the city, presented the information during the public hearing to the council and about a dozen residents.
