Ella Rose Vlasak, 89, of Montgomery, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008, at Queen of Peace Hospital in New Prague.

Ella was born on October 16, 1918, in Montgomery, a daughter of James and Rose (Hruby) Pelant. She attended school in Montgomery. On August 23, 1938, she married James M. Vlasak at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery. A lifetime resident of Montgomery, she was a homemaker and farmer.
