Elysian Council amends water/sewer ordinance

The Elysian City Council, during their Monday, Feb. 13 meeting, amended the city water and sewer ordinance. The amendment pertained to a pair of issues. The first dealt with overdue payments and the second dealt with water service shut off in the fall and resuming service in the spring.
