Elysian man charged with five felonies

An Elysian man is facing five felony charges after he allegedly solicited a child for sex online. Kurt Martin Halvorson, age 22, was charged Nov. 13 with four felonies which involved soliciting a child. He was also charged with a felony for 3rd degree drug possession.
