ENM Council awards bids for sanitary sewer project

The Elko New Market City Council awarded bids for its Woodcrest Sanitary Sewer Pilot Project at its Thursday, Aug. 25, meeting. The project is for those property owners in Woodcrest Housing Subdivision who want to change over from a septic system to the city’s sewer system. In a 3-0 vote the council awarded the forcemain work to GM Contracting for $35,987 and a to Quality Flow, Inc., it awarded the grinder station and connections work for $23,504.
