Frank Smisek, 95
Frank V. Smisek, 95, of Lonsdale, died on Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007 at Mala Strana Nursing Home in New Prague.
Mass of Christian Burial, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Veseli. Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at White Funeral Home in Lonsdale. It will also be held one hour prior to the Mass on Thursday at the funeral home.
Interment will be held at the church cemetery.
Frank was born on September 10, 1912 to Frank A. and Mary (Kubes) Smisek.
Frank is survived by wife, Elsie; children Janet (Otto) Johnson, Prior Lake, Nancy (Dennis) Scheehan, Ankeny, IA, Ken (Marlaine) Smisek St. Peter, Lenny (Joan) Smisek, Lonsdale, Dan (Cecelia) Smisek, Northfield, and Randy Chester (Amy) Smisek, New Prague; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and many friends.
Frank was preceded in death by his sister, Julia and brother, Emanuel.
