Generations Theatre plans Saturday festival
Generations Theatre Company, the New Prague theatre troupe who brought you The Wizard of Oz, Fiddler on the Roof, Oliver!, and Peter Pan, is hosting a Performing Arts Festival on the grounds of St. Wenceslaus Church on Saturday, June 17. Everyone is welcome.
The festival runs from noon to 3 p.m. and includes workshops for children ages Pre-K through 6th grade. The festival is family-friendly and will also include food, vendors, auditioning workshops, and photo opportunities with favorite GTC characters.
Workshops are free and ongoing all afternoon. They include face painting, dance, creative costuming and mask making.
Parents can pre-register their children by email at mail@generationstheatre.org or by calling 952-758-5718. Registration is not necessary, but helps with supply needs.
