Giesenhagen - Stepka
Nicole Stepka, daughter of Frank and Cyndi Stepka of New Prague, and Michael Giesenhagen, son of Brad and Laurie Giesenhagen of LaVerne, CA, were married Saturday, June 22, 2013, at Grace Church in Eden Prairie, with Pastor Mac Threinen officiating.
The bride was escorted by her father. Nathasha and Sami Stepka of New Prague, sisters of the bride, were maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Jana Stepka of Cottage Grove, Kaitlin Overby of Burlington, VT, and Channy So of Elko New Market. Flower girls were Tori and Gabby Stepka of Cottage Grove, nieces of the bride.
Erin Swickard of Glendale, CA, sister of the groom, was the best woman. Groomsmen were Jeff Baldwin of Eden Prairie, Rob Daline of Minnetonka, Shelvy Huffman of Pasadena, CA, and Tyler Geraghty of Shakopee.
Ushers were Jeremy Stepka of Cottage Grove, brother of the bride, and Sam Tumberg of St. Louis Park. Shawna Egan and Allie Burggraff, both of Richfield, were the bride’s personal attendants.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Riley Jacques Barn in Eden Prairie.
The couple honeymooned in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
The couple resides in LaMirada, CA.
The bride has a B.S. degree in business administration and is employed by Ceridian in Bloomington. The groom has a B.S. degree in business and is a student at Talbot Seminary in California, studying for a master of divinity degree.
