Groundbreaking for New Market school is Oct. 6

For the second time in less than three months, New Prague Area Schools will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for a new elementary school.

A ceremony will be held at the site of the future elementary school in New Market at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6. To get to the school site, follow Scott County Road 27 north of Scott County Road 2, and follow the signs.

Following the groundbreaking there will be a social gathering at the New Market Area Hall, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
