Gymnasts to host Missota meet

The New Prague Trojans will host the Missota Conference gymnastics championships Friday, Feb. 11, at the New Prague Gymnastics Center. The meet is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m.

Of the five teams scheduled to compete, three of them are in the top 10 in the state gymnastics coaches association ratings. Northfield, ranked No. 1 in Class AA, is the defending conference and state champion, and are favored to win again. New Prague is ranked No. 4 in Class A and Farmington is No. 9 in class AA. The other teams competing are Red Wing and Chanhassen/ Chaska.
