High school to present 'Seussical the Musical'

It will be a time of rhyme as New Prague High School presents Seussical the Musical for its fall production.

Valerie Drommerhausen is the show's director, with Rita Sapp providing the music and Dave Edberg in charge of sets. The performances are set for November 16,17, 18, 24 and 25 at the high school auditorium

The musical is relatively new. It was first performed in Boston in the fall of 2000 and on Broadway in New York from November 30, 2000, to May 20, 2001. The play has also been a touring production across the country.

The show uses 14 classic stories written by Dr. Seuss as its framework, Horton Hears a Who
