Holy Cross surpasses Marathon goal

Holy Cross School students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 8, and their families, participated in the 2008 Marathon for Non-Public Education on Friday, October 3. Students worked for two weeks prior to the marathon, collecting pledges towards their school goal of $26,000. On the day of the marathon, students, staff and parents walked between one and seven miles.

This year the three parish priests, Father Daniel Haugan of St. Nicholas, Father John Lapensky of Most Holy Trinity, and Father Troy Przybilla of Immaculate Conception, also participated in raising pledges for the school.
