Home, at last
The New Prague Trojan Swim and Dive team began the 2017 season with their first practice in their new home, the New Prague Aquatic Center. Coach Tracy Torgerson said there were about 50 girls who reported for the first practice Monday, Aug. 14, which is believed to be a record turnout for the sport. The team is preparing to host an alumni meet on Friday, Aug. 18, at 6 p.m., and will host its first-ever home meet in its new facility on Thursday, Aug. 24, against Mankato East.
