Joan Bray, 66
Joan Elizabeth Bray, 66, of Montgomery, died Sunday, December 7, 2008, at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home in Faribault.
She was born November 2, 1942, in Northfield, a daughter of Elwyn and Ethel (Tupy) Bray. She graduated from Northfield High School. She was previously married to Myrth Mogren and they raised four children together. Joan lived in Lonsdale for many years prior to moving to Montgomery. She was very active in the Catholic church and enjoyed music.
She is survived by children Adrian (Kelly) Mogren, Kenyon, Annette (Matt) Stenger, Faribault, Brenda (Todd) Fletcher, Kenyon, and David Mogren, Zumbrota; nine grandchildren Daryl Mogren, Cynthia (Troy) Anderson, Jacob Mogren, Jessica Mogren, Justin Mogren Sarah (Justin Johnson) Bednar, Cierra (Curt Ennis) Stenger, Alexia Fletcher and Dakota Fletcher; great-grandchildren Amarissa, Marcus and Capri Bednar, and Carter Ennis; sisters Diane (Jerry Hatfield) Busch, Northfield, and Linda Lee (Sam) Hicks, Murfreesboro, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandsons Matthew and Samuel Stenger.
A Memorial Funeral Mass will be held at Divine Mercy Catholic Church at Sacred Heart, Faribault on Thursday, December 11 at 10:30 a.m. with the Reverend Kevin Finnegan officiating.
Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are with the Boldt Funeral Home in Faribault.
