Joel D. Troppman, 58, of Elko New Market, died Tuesday, April 2, 2013. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 5, at the White Funeral Home Chapel, 20134 Kenwood Tr. (Co Rd 50) in Lakeville, with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to service. An obituary will be published in the April 11 edition of The New Prague Times.
