John E. Moe, 85
John E. Moe, age 85, of Minneapolis died peacefully in Tucson, AZ, January 31, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Buster.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Salinda; children, Pamela (Mark), Jeffrey (Laurie), Cheryl (Bill), and Ellen; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He graduated from Edison High School, joined the Air Force, and then became a member of Sheet Metal Workers, Union #34. He was a longtime member of the Minneapolis Apollo Club Male Chorus and the American Legion. He was a dedicated Minnesota sports fan.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
