Ludmilla Sticha, 92

Ludmilla Ludy Sticha, 92, of Lonsdale, died Thursday, July 27, 2006, at the Three Links Care Center in Northfield.

Ludy was born at New Prague and was a daughter of Joe and Catherine Schoenbauer.

She is survived by children, Mary Holtz, Montgomery, Donald (Grace) Sticha, Lonsdale, Martha Kodada, Lonsdale and Susan (Stephen) Bovbjerg, Northfield; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and two sisters-in-law, Lillian Schoenbauer and Betty Sticha.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Sticha; siblings, Joseph Schoenbauer, John Schoenbauer, Frank Schoenbauer, George Schoenbauer, Mary Novotny, Anna Komarek, Agnes Christenson, Catherine Schoenbauer and Emma Kadrlik; and son-in-law, Michael Holtz.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Aug. 1 at 12 noon at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lonsdale. Interment was at Calvary Cemetery in Lonsdale.

Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the White Funeral Home in Lonsdale.
