Man charged with having sex with teenagers

A Montgomery man was charged on October 7 with two separate felony counts for criminal sexual conduct in the third degree involving underage teenage girls.

According to two complaints filed in Le Sueur County Court, Phoenix Trent Vrzal, 18, allegedly committed the two incidents on June 15 and July 4 this year. The complaint stated that Le Sueur County Child Protection received a report on September 12 of a minor being sexually assaulted by Vrzal. 

The complaint states the first teen said she was sleeping at a friend’s house in June where Vrzal was staying. She reportedly said that Vrzal had sexual intercourse with her while she was sleeping upstairs in the home. She said she was 15 years old at the time of the incident.

The victim added that Vrzal had also had sexual intercourse with another underage teenage girl a week after the event. She said that victim was 14-years-old.
