Senior Citizens to meet Dec. 2 The New Prague Senior Citizens will meet at 12:45 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, at the New Prague City Hall, second floor meeting room, 118 Central Ave. N. The bus picks up senior citizens for local shopping every Wednesday. For reservations call 952-496-8341. All seniors are welcome to join the club for meetings and cards the first Friday of each month at 12:45 p.m.
Prairie Quilters meeting on Dec. 8 The Prairie Quilters of the New Prague area will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8. The meeting will be at the New Prague Library, 400 Main St. E. Those attending should please bring a fat-quarter for a game. Also, people should bring their PHD project to register it. This is the group’s Christmas party, so anyone who signed up to provide food should bring it. For more information call Reidun at 952-758-3596. The answering machine is always on.
