Lonsdale Golden Agers meet Feb. 5 The Lonsdale Golden Agers will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at the Lonsdale Civic Center. A potluck lunch will be served. New members are welcome. Lunch committee is Elsie Sirek, Phyllis Kadlec and Jeanette Kes.

Beyond the Yellow Ribbon group meets February 5 Beyond the Yellow Ribbon South of the River will meet from 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, in the lower level of the Prior Lake VFW Club.
All meetings are open to the public and the group welcomes participation as well as volunteers.

VFW Post 5145, Auxiliary to meet February 7 Gopher Post 5145, New Prague Veterans of Foreign Wars, and its Auxiliary, will hold their regular monthly meetings on Thursday, Feb. 7, at the Park Ballroom. Lunch will be served at 7 p.m. with the meeting to follow.
St. Patrick Fish Fry set for Feb. 8 St. Patrick’s Church of Cedar Lake will hold an All You Can Eat Fish Fry from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8. They will be serving cod fish – deep fried or baked. The menu also includes French fries and au gratin potatoes, cole slaw, beans, rye break and rolls, macaroni and cheese, bars and a beverage. There are tickets for adults, children age 4 to 12 and those 3 and younger are free.
St. Patrick Church is located seven miles northeast of New Prague on Highway 13.
Farmers Market organizational meeting is Feb. 9 Want to know what it takes to sell at a farmers market? The New Prague Farmers Market will have an organizational meeting for all past and future vendors from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at the New Prague Public Library. They welcome people to this informational meeting if they have Minnesota grown or produced items.

Most Holy Trinity in Veseli to hold bingo party Feb. 10 Most Holy Trinity Church in Veseli will hold a bingo party beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10. There is a small fee for admission, which includes one card and lunch. Veseli is located between New Prague and Lonsdale off of Highway 19.
