Friedens Church Easter event for kids is March 27
Children ages 4 through grade 4 can attend a special Easter for Kids program at Friedens Lutheran Church fellowship Hall.
The event, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 27, will offer opportunities for fun and finding life in Jesus. There will be cookie decorating, the Easter Story, games and crafts as well as lunch. There may even be an Easter Egg hunt.
There is no charge for this event, but pre-registration is appreciated. Call 952-758-2828.
Friedens is located two miles west of New Prague on Highway 19 and one mile south on 181st Ave. (Le Sueur County Road 30).

Auxiliary meet April 1
Gopher Post 5145, New Prague Veterans of Foreign Wars, and its Auxiliary, will hold their regular monthly meetings on Thursday, April 1, at 7:30 p.m. at the Park Ballroom, New Prague.
Election of officers for the coming year will be held.
Lunch and refreshments will be served prior to the meeting starting at 7 p.m.
