Walk to Unite Pets & People in motion

Carver-Scott Humane Society has started preparations for the 2007 Walk to Unite Pets & People fundraiser, which will take place on Sunday, May 20, at Lions Park in Chaska.

The Walk to Unite is CSHS' largest fundraiser of the year, and money earned is used to provide food, medical care, supplies and ongoing adoption efforts for the many animals housed in the foster home-based program.

Currently, volunteers are finding business sponsors throughout Carver, Scott and western Hennepin counties. Sponsorship benefits are available at $100, $250, $500 and $1,000 levels and focus on the business name and logo recognition throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

To find out more information about becoming a Walk to Unite sponsor or to request a letter sent to your business or home, contact Barb at bkenn51739@aol.com or call 952-368-3553 (Line 4), and a volunteer will return your call.
