Metro West rejects New Prague

The Metro West Conference last week became the second conference to reject New Prague High School’s application for membership beginning with the 2014-15 school year. 

Also last week, New Prague Activities Director Brad Skogerboe was invited to a meeting of the Wright County Conference to present its case for membership. Skogerboe said the WCC was the only one of three conferences that invited him to make a presentation, and the member schools seemed receptive. Conference officials are scheduled to meet on Wednesday, May 22, to make  decision.
